Which assets are being used most frequently? Which Kit is viewed the most? How many visitors are seeing our public Brand Kit? Which one of my team members is most active in Lingo?

These are important questions, that if answered, would help design leads better manage their team’s digital assets. Unfortunately though none of this information is readily available in Lingo — until now. Today we’re excited to announce the rollout of Insights, a feature designed to help you better understand how your assets in Lingo are being used. Insights is live now and available to all customers.

Accessing Insights

To access Insights click on the new “Insights” icon in the Left Rail of the web or Mac app. Once opened you’ll first land on the Overview page. There are additional tabs for the following pages: “Assets”, “Kits”, “Users” and “Storage”. We’ll cover each one of the pages below.

Overview page

This page is available to customers in all tiers and shows how many times your assets have been used and also how many times your kits have been viewed. Additionally this view shows total number of assets, kits and users in your workspace and also how much storage your workspace has used.

Assets Page

This page is only available to Enterprise customers and shows which assets in your workspace are being downloaded most frequently.

Kits Page

This page is only available to Enterprise customers and shows which kits in your workspace are being viewed most frequently.

Users page

This page is available to customers in all tiers and shows activity from all users in your space.

Storage page

This page is available to customers in all tiers and shows how much storage each kit in your workspace is using.

Weekly email summary

To help you stay informed about the activity in your Lingo workspace you can elect to receive an automated weekly summary email that documents all the activity in your Lingo workspace. This email can be enabled in the Settings tab of your workspace. Once enabled it will be automatically sent every Monday morning to all Admins in your workspace.

We hope you find this new update useful and as always we’d love to hear what you think, so leave a comment below, shoot us an email or tweet at us.
